Wine Tasting Seminars
I gave a series of wine tasting seminars for the Fellows of Douglass College at Rutgers in the 1980s, thanks to the generosity and hospitality of Dean Mary Hartman and Ed. Hartman. Some of the handouts survive, others – on wines of Alsace, American wines not from California, Australian wines, Great Dessert wines, Spanish wines – did not. Here are three that - yellow and aging - are still with us. You will be amused by the prices for what were often truly superior bottles.
